Luxury Villa with Heated Pool

Our beautiful 3-bedroom villa is located in Val Sol Javea. Situated on a corner plot, it is securely fenced & gated and is fully equipped with hot & cold air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, latest digital alarm system and luxury furnishings in all rooms.
The beautiful 10m x 5m pool is perfect for cooling down during the hot summer days and evenings and is now HEATED which makes it available all year round. The Naya (covered terrace) is ideal for relaxing on the comfortable sofas for those wishing to escape the mid-day sun or to watch the amazing sunsets with an early evening glass of wine. The Naya also has a dining table and 6 chairs perfect for alfresco dining.
Inside the villa there is a further dining area, lounge with large L shaped leather sofa, satellite TV providing most UK channels and a video library. There is also a selection of games for you to enjoy. A security safe is also provided.
There are 3 air conditioned bedrooms with views over the swimming pool to the hills and mountains beyond. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and shares the house shower room with Bedroom 3 which has 2 single beds. Each bedroom has its own Wardrobes and bedside cabinets. .
There is a further WC with toilet and sink in the hallway.

Central heating is installed for the winter months.

The villa has spectacular, panoramic views of the Grenadella Forest, the mountain range of Sierra Bernia and the famous Mount Montgo.
Its quiet, residential location gives you the peace and tranquility to relax and re-charge your energy levels, but it is within easy reach of all amenities – the many fabulous Mediterranean beaches such as Playa Del Arenal, (5 mins by car) Cala Blanca & Cala Ambolo, the working fishing port of Jávea and the beautiful old town.

A car is advisable when staying at our villa. The transfer time to the villa from Alicante airport is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes or from Valencia airport 1 hour 25 minutes.
