Villa Cuadradad is a privately owned villa which has been tastefully designed to provide a home away from home. Situated in the tranquil 'La Fustera' area between Moraira and Calpe, the villa is on a quiet no-through road with the accommodation on three levels. It benefits from a new swimming pool measuring 8m x 4m (with roman steps and internal lights) and newly landscaped terrace areas and barbecue, with convenient access to the house at both ground and first floor level. Entry to the grounds of Villa Cuadradad is either via a locked sliding gate at the rear of the property with parking for one small car or a private locked side gate with ample parking for two or more cars. The main entrance to the villa takes you into the newly refurbished dining room complete with Spanish stone fireplace and beautiful restored natural stone wall. For convenience, the small kitchen sits next to the dining room and includes ample cupboard space, electric oven, gas hob, microwave and full fridge freezer. The light and airy lounge is furnished with traditional style furniture, TV, DVD player, VCR, CD stereo and ceiling fan. A large French door leads straight out to the lower terrace, pool, garden and barbecue area. Also downstairs is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet. Stylish Spanish tiled stairs lead to the first floor landing, off which is a double bedroom with built-in wardrobe. The landing also has a door that leads out to the large first floor terrace with it’s stunning sea and valley views. For added convenience, an external staircase has been built to allow direct access to the pool, which saves walking through the villa. Car should be taken with children. Back inside, a further staircase takes you up to the master bedroom which offers beautiful sea views from the bed. A further full bathroom completes the offering of this villa. There is a folding bed for a seventh guest if required.
